Their gluten-free pizza was crunchy, fluffy, chewy, thicker than most of those in other restaurants. It costs a little bit more to replace the dough, but worth paying for sure. The patio was amazing!

My wife and I were in the area and have always wanted to try Descendant. It was a good alternative to the traditional pizza whether that be napoli style or not. It is reminiscent to a deep dish but very different in presentation

Really good pizza at a reasonable price located in the heart of Kensington market. Ordered the mozzarella fritte (small fried mozzarella balls) and the scarpareillo pizza. The server recommended this pizza as the best vegetarian option and I see why! Garlic, chili pepper, black pepper and basil combine for a unique vegetarian option on the menu in addition to the typical margherita, 4 cheese options.

One of the more well known pizza joints in the city, General Assembly has a good mix of unique pizzas which are available for dine in and delivery/take out. All of their pizzas are made fresh in house, including the frozen pizzas which can be baked at home.

Excellent spot for Italian meals. The pasta and pizza were amazing, especially the Rigatoni and Meatballs. Surprisingly, the Caesar Salad was also much better than I expected. Slight upscale prices, but very much worth it. A strong recommend.
