Loud conversation over plates of steaming noodles. The rush of servers moving quickly about in starched white dress shirts and pressed black bow ties. Darkly lit nooks with deep shades of red. The clanking of cutlery as cocktails are shaken swiftly in the background. Near Me Chinese Restaurants in Toronto. A fragrant scent of Sichuan peppercorns toasting in the wok. Moments of celebration and togetherness over both new and familiar food.
Great date night spot. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the long noodles and the duck starter they have. Their cocktails were really good and strong which I love. Highly recommend to those who would like to try authentic Chinese. Getting a table is difficult so would recommend booking online and sometimes may need a months time in advance as it is booked up. But worth the wait.

I loved the atmosphere here. It was very nicely decorated. I went during their happy hour with drinks and dim sum for $10. I didn’t get the dim sum but the drinks were really nice and great for photos. The food was pretty good. The prawns were amazing. I would love to come back to try more dishes! Overall, I loved my experience at Dasha!

House of Gourmet
House of Gourmet is everything you didn’t know you needed under one roof. This no-fuss Chinese restaurant right in the heart of Chinatown offers almost every style of Chinese food, meaning you can get your fill of seafood, barbecue and noodles. Their wonton-brisket-noodle soup is legendary.
Located right across Dundas street west, House of Gourmet offers great variety in Chinese food at a reasonable price. We visited this place around 12:30 am on a weekday and this place was still 60% filled with guests.

At DaiLo, we believe eating well is a fundamental part of living well, and how we cook, reflects how we live. Thoughtful and high quality ingredients lead to better lives and more delicious meals. Our New Asian Cuisine is predominantly Chinese fare but it follows the French tradition. At the heart of the menu is a love and respect for the dishes Chef Nick Liu ate growing up as the son of Hakka parents in Canada, but importantly, they are the dishes his ancestors have been eating for hundreds of years. Ancient favourites are augmented by Liu’s signature flair and updated to suit the western palate and the modern demand for local and sustainable ingredients.
Fantastic experience. Went with 9 others for a birthday. $95 per person for the tasting menu – more amazing food than you can handle. Excellent value for the quality and quantity you get. Cocktails were delicious too.
